The section highlighted below “Animal testing on cosmetics products exists if a regulatory body demands it for its safety or regulatory assessment.” implies that the company sells their products in regions where Animal testing is required by law ie, Ex: Mainland China. In case, of post-market animal testing, the company will pay the Chinese government to let their products be taken off the shelves and be tested on animals.
